Vivo Z1x
The Vivo Z1x was launched as part of the Z series from Vivo which is supposed to be an ultra-competitive series from vivo which is supposed to compete with the devices from Realme, Xiaomi and Oppo.
Design
The Vivo Z1x comes with a polycarbonate back with two different gradient finishes a purple one and a blue one. They look pretty funky and modern, but are not for those looking for a premium finsh or a subtle device. Overall the design is split into two sides- funky users or millennials.
Display
The Vivo Z1x comes with a 6.38 inch display with a resolution of FHD+. The display comes with a somewhat thin chin and a small dot notch or waterfall notch. It also sports an in-display fingerprint sensor which is a good thing as very few devices under 20k have in-display fingerprint sensors.
Performance
The Vivo Z1x comes with a Snapdragon 712 processor which is a fairly new processor launched as the successor to the Snapdragon 710. It is a powerful processor made for light gaming and can handle most tasks with ease. It is also a processor found in many devices under 20k and loses out only to the Realme X2 and the Redmi Note 8 Pro.
Cameras
The Vivo Z1x comes with a triple camera setup that houses a primary 48 megapixel SOny IMX 586 sensor which is better than the 48 megapixel Samsung Isocell GM1 sensor. It also houses an 8 megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. The cameras are quite good and perform well.
Verdict
The Vivo Z1x comes with a good display, a capable processor and a good set of cameras. It is not the best device under 15k bested by devices such as the Redmi Note 8 Pro but, if you want a good device from Vivo under 15k, this is your safest bet.
