Samsung Galaxy A50s
The Samsung A50s was launched a few days ago in August as part of the s series from Samsung in the A and M series. The device was aimed at the midrange segment. Let us see whether this device should be bought or is this another failed attempt from Samsung.
Design
The Samsung Galaxy A50s comes with a plastic polycarbonate back with a special diamond laser cutting. This makes the ordinary polycarbonate back look very different and beautiful. The device is
available in Prism back, purple and white. The device is one of the best designed device in it's budget.

Display
The Samsung A50s comes with a 6.4 inch display with Super Amoled technology. The device's display has a resolution of FHD+. The device is one of the few devices having an Amoled display and since it is a Samsung display, the device is one of the best devices for content consumption.
Performance
The Galaxy A50s houses the Exynos 9611 chipset which is a 10nm chipset. The chipset is a midrange chipset which competes with the likes of the Snapdragon 710-712. This means it is having good performance but is not the best performance device in the budget.
Cameras
The Samsung Galaxy A50s comes with a triple camera setup with a primary 48 megapixel sensor paired with a 8 megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 5 megapixel depth sensor. It also houses a 32 megapixel selfie camera making it one of the best camera phones in it's budget.
Verdict
The Samsung A50s comes with a good display, a powerful chipset and a good camera setup. If you have no issue with Samsung's lacklustre software updates, the device is the perfect all rounder of it's budget.
