The Nubia Red Magic 3s was launched some time ago. The device seems to be a very competitive gaming device, according to other major reviewers and critics. The device seems to be packing loads of features, but let us see whether this device is worth buying.

Design

The Nubia Red Magic 3s comes with a design similar to other gaming devices which look vastly different from regular devices. The device also comes with a RGB light on the back with the presence of a cooling fan and pressure sensitive zones in the body.

Display

The Nubia Red Magic 3s comes with a 6.65 inch Amoled panel with a resolution of FHD+. The device also comes with a smooth 90hz refresh rate and is protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 4. The display is good but, the panel is not as great as some Samsung panels.

Performance

The Nubia Red Magic 3s comes with a Snapdragon 855+ processor which was the flagship processor launched during the launch of the device. The performance is still impeccable and the device is great at performance, with great gaming performance.

Cameras

The Nubia Red Magic 3s comes with a single camera setup with a 48 megapixel sensor which is a good sensor. The camera is good and performs quite well but lacks a portrait mode for the primary camera. The device also comes with a 16 megapixel sensor for selfies.

Verdict

The Nubia Red Magic 3s from ZTE is a great offering in terms of the display, the performance and the build. The camera is the only major problem with lack of versatility and even a portrait mode standard in even cheap 5k devices. The device however costs around 34k and for that price, if you want a no nonsense performance device, this is the device for you. However, if you want an all rounder i would suggest the ROG II which is really the best.
