Google Pixel 3a
The Pixel 3a was launched late in 2018 as part of the 3 series lineup in the pixel division from Google. It was introduced as the pixel for the masses with a lower price that may appeal to budget buyers looking for the ultimate pixel experience in a budget offering. Let's see whether all this was worth it.
Design
The Pixel 3a comes with a polycarbonate back, which considering the price may seem like a set-off as devices even in the 10k budget have started sporting glass designs. However, this was obviously a part of the cost cutting strategy from Google. The device comes in 3 colours, white, black and what Google calls 'not pink'.
Display
The Pixel 3a comes with a 5.6 inch FHD+ LCD display which may also seem like a bit of a bummer considering the price but in terms of quality and brightness it seems to be one of the best panel present in a device. The only issue is the thick bezel in the device which cuts in on valuable screen real estate.
Performance
The Pixel 3a comes with the Snapdragon 670 processor which is a budget processor that was launched in May of 2019. The chipset is not the best performer and considering the price of the Pixel 3a it is one of the weakest performers in it's price bracket.
Cameras
The Pixel 3a comes with a single camera which is a 12.2 megapixel sensor which to sum it up in a.nutshell, is the best camera under 50-k the device has the bestest camera in terms of dynamic range, quality, colours and overall easibility of use. It is tHe best camera device for sure under 50k in India.
Verdict
The Pixel 3a is for users who want the best user experience with good software updates and the best cameras, but for all those looking for performance or specs it can be bought at a much more affordable rate in India.
