Black Shark 2
The Black Shark 2 was launched in mid 2019, as Xiaomi's gaming segment's offering in India. The device tends to separate itself from the normal devices from Xiaomi. Let us see whether the device is worth buying.
Design
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 comes with a design similar to other gaming devices. The device looks and seems well built and comes with a design which oozes gaming appeal. The device according to me is so well built that cases are just useless for the device.
Display
The Black Shark 2 comes with a 6.39 inch Amoled panel with a resolution of FHD+. The display with a 240hz touch sensing display. The device has a great panel for viewing which may be bested by ROG II. The display comes with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
Performance
The Black Shark 2 comes with a Snapdragon 855 processor which is a very powerful processor and was the flagship processor in 2019. The device performs very well and can handle the heaviest of games with the uttermost of ease. The device may even be the best performance device except the X2 Pro under 30k.
Cameras
The Black Shark 2 comes with a dual camera setup with a primary 48 megapixel sensor paired with a 12 megapixel sensor which is a depth sensor. The device also comes with a 20 megapixel selfie camera. The cameras are quite good but there are better devices in the budget.
Verdict
The device comes with a great processor, a powerful set of cameras and a good display. The device comes with good performance and at 30k, this device is great except for regular users who don't like Gaming phones.
