Samsung M10s" IS A DISPLAY ENOUGH"?

The Samsung M10s was launched alongside the Galaxy M30s on 18th of september. It is a small and minor upgrade to the rather dull Samsung M10. Let us see whether this update makes this a more compelling device.

Design

The Samsung Galaxy M10s comes with a plastic back with a simple glossy design. The device comes with a plain panel that seems very somber but is prone to scratches and scuffs. But, it is safer than a glass back.

Display

The Samsung Galaxy M10s comes with an HD+ Super Amoled display. It may not be an FHD+ display but when you consider that other devices with an FHD+ panel have an LCD display while the M10s has an Amoled display, it seems to be a better deal. To sum it up the M10s has the best display under the 10k budget.

Performance

The Samsung Galaxy M10s comes with a Exynos 7884B processor. It is comparable to the dated Snapdragon 636 and the Helio P22. There are better processor present in the 8k-10k budget, but it is an adequate chipset.

Cameras

The Samsung Galaxy M10s comes with a 13 megapixel primary camera and a 5 megapixel wide angle camera. The M10 s has good enough cameras and is only not good when compared to competitors from Realme or Redmi. To sum it up the device has adequate cameras.

Verdict

The Samsung Galaxy M10s comes with good cameras, a subpar processor and an amazing display. To sum it up, if you don't care about performance and want a good phone for entertainment, this is the device to buy.

The device seems to be very good looking but is very fragile and is a fingerprint magnet which will get dirty very quickly. So, a case is strongly advised.
