REDMI K20" IS IT REALLY OVERPRICED"?
The Redmi K20 was launched as a competitor to the Realme X. For many it was supposed to be the successor to the very popular Poco F1. But, the devic turned out to be quite different. Let us see whether this is worth buying over the Realme X.
Design
The Redmi K20 comes with a glass back with very different gradients that move from top to bottom according to the angle from which they are viewed in the side. The K20 comes in 3 colors, a Red, a Blue and a Carbon Black color. It looks quite good as it is a glass back. It also has Gorilla Glass 5 for additional security.
Display
The Redmi K20 comes with a 6.39 inch display which is an FHD+ Amoled Display. It supports HDR and comes with a popup camera which means that the screen is without any obstruction and the screen also sports an In-Display fingerprint sensor. It also has a slim bottom bezel.
Performance
The Redmi K20 comes with a Snapdragon 730 sensor which is a new sensor. It is an upgrade from the Snapdragon 710. In comparison to the Realme X it has a better chipset and performs better.
Cameras
The Redmi K20 comes with a triple camera setup, housing a primary 48 megapixel sensor, a 8 megapixel telephoto sensor and a 13 megapixel wide angle camera. The cameras are quite good and are quite good in quality and clarity.
Verdict
The Redmi K20 comes with a lot of good features and some minor improvements to the chipset. After considering the minor upgrades to the Redmi K20 in comparison to the Realme X it does not seem to be a good deal when there is a 6000 rupee difference between the two devices.
