Realme 3
The Realme 3 was launched way back in March of 2019, which evem though it's been only 8 months is a long time in the Smartphone industry. Let's see whether the device actually makes sense and is worth buying?
Design
The Realme 3 comes with a ploycarbonate back which is a different back in comparison to the diamond back present in the usual Realme devices. It looks quite good but it gets very dirty and scuffs poorly and even a case can't keep it clean. The quality unfortunately of the back is very poor and disappointing.
Design
The Realme device comes with a 6.22 inch LCD display with a HD+ resolution. The quality of the display is quite good and can be recommended for light media, however the device should have come with a FHD+ Display. However, the device has a slightly thick bottom chin which looks a bit unsightly.
Performance
The Realme 3 comes with a Helio P70 which is very powerful and is a very capable chipset. It is comparable to the Snapdragon 660 and leaves the 665 in the dust. The Helio P70 is capable of good AI performance too which makes it a smarter device than the Redmi devices. The performance is very good and can handle heavy tasks with ease.
Cameras
The Realme 3 comes with dual cameras, a 13 megapixel primary camera and a 2 megapixel depth. The device may appear to lack on these grounds as the devices now sport quad cameras with 48 megapixel censors. However, the device has a good camera with inbuilt night mode.
Verdict
The Realme 3 has a few shortcomings when compared to newer devices, however the device is a great performer and has an average but adequate display and cameras, if you want to buy a new device under 8k for performance, you should buy it.
